Vladimir, can it be true under 30 million? I think that if, for example, to sell 3 of a kind of first-class Bacon and put them on the price of 30 million, it is unlikely to leave all 3. My arguments are motivated by recent developments with Rothko at Sotheby's and Christies, when two 50 millionth Rothko was too much for the market. Although, undoubtedly, Bacon is much more interesting and profound artist than a Rothko.

Rising prices of all works of art continues, so much surprised by the price growth is at or where Bacon Rothko's not worth it. And what we now seems insanely expensive in 2-3 years would be ridiculous to today's price and very cheap))) but to overcome this psychological barrier is quite difficult and probably not necessary. Buy above the market with an investment point of view, unjustified.
