In hard times of crisis, when the strike first are the people of creative professions most vulnerable financially, gallery "Ducat" and association "БЖ-ART" begin a new project, which aims to preserve the unique artistic medium.
"БЖ-ART" takes first place in the ranking of the best creative unions of Ukraine. In this unique creative alliance includes about 100 artists whose work is known both in Ukraine and beyond: Peter Bevza Maxim Mamsikov, Alexander Melnikov, Leonid Bernat, Boris Yegiazaryan, Badri Gobianuri, Temo Svirelli, Vladislav Shereshevskii, Igor Eliseev, Matthew Weisberg, Eugene Derevianko, and many others. Work of several artists sold at the world's largest auction of art such as Sothebys and Philips.
The building, which contains artists' studios, is not too attractive. But these premises, they may lose because of the crisis Union owed huge sums of public services. Gallery "Ducat" supported the idea of artists to hold a charity auction, which aims to preserve one of the best creative unions of Ukraine.
Charity auction - it is not only a special event for "БЖ-ART", but also a unique opportunity for art connoisseurs to purchase works of famous artists, who are the cultural and artistic heritage of Ukraine.

Pre-auction exhibition will be opened 02.06.09 at 19.00 in galeree "Ducat" at ul. Grushevskogo 4. Bidding will be 11.06.09. 19.00 in the same place in the gallery "Ducat".
Registration for the auction will be conducted during the pre-auction exhibition and the actual day of the auction to 14.00.
