I have a positive attitude to flea markets. And the people selling their stuff, a penny earned, and an interesting little piece for yourself can be found.
In Sochi, this market is located along the embankment of the river Sochi. In general and in the trash - old clothes, household appliances since the Soviet Union, utensils, etc. But there are also some very interesting things. Personally, I bought it a few pre-war figurines LPF, meysonsky china, old Georgian dishes for the interior. After the war in Abkhazia in the early 1990-ies Sochi refugees poured out. And to somehow survive in Sochi started selling to take personal property. You could buy paintings (mostly Western European authors, and also some Russian), old antique furniture and dishes. One second-hand dealer from Central Market lucky - bought a picture by Ilya Repin! Proved to be genuine about it then still in the papers.
Here is the picture.
Figure Repin's painting of "The Cossacks write ...", discovered in 2004 in Sochi. On the reverse side of the figure pencil inscription hand Ilya Repin: "Arkhip Kuindzhi.Priehat today to seven in the evening to Chistyakov. Invite Fedor Koni, Ivan Aivazovsky, and Valentin Serov."
So in good weather, a half-mile walk along the promenade is very helpful in every way
