will expose the new Hirst painting among the old art
Exhibition of recent paintings by Damien Hirst - a cycle, which itself
artist calls "blue" - held at London's Museum Wallace Collection (Wallace Collection) from October 2009 to January 2010.
Wallace Collection has a wonderful collection of "old masters", including works by Rembrandt, Khalsa, Titian, Velasquez, as well as extensive collections of ancient weapons, furniture and porcelain. Hirst claims that he chose the museum because it is - "family meeting", "another world".
On April 24 interview with Bloomberg Hurst said that deliberately avoids the exhibition in the big museums in London: "If I do that, volyus in menystrim ... These exhibitions must organize at the end of life, and I was only 43."
Currently in Kiev is the largest retrospective of Hirst, organized by Viktor Pinchuk.
