There are words that were inevitably distorted, and therefore their direct meaning clouded. I think it includes the word "metaphor" falling out with the letter "m".
If the implied term had been marked with the word "metaform", it would be clear that there are a number of candid and thought that metafora should be perceived as an image.
That is, it is useful to work on the inverse process of "Word-Image-Idea".
