If you have the opportunity , over a certain amount is always... the fact that in our country it impossible to use artistic values under this denomination, therefore, it is a clandestine sale and of course the crime on that basis. It is time the government puts its mind to create a comprehensive art market on the basis of a public auction, where all sales are fully transparent and available to all citizens and taxation.
