Since 1946, lived and worked in Ekaterinburg (Sverdlovsk). Member of the Union of artists of the USSR (1948), the Honoured artist of the RSFSR (1964). Head of the Department of drawing, painting and sculpture Sverdlovsk architectural Institute (1968-1989). Worked mainly in landscape and household genres. Works are kept in the State Tretyakov gallery, Ekaterinburg Museum of fine arts and other museums and private collections.
