The essence is not in Syzran. In essence objectives and strategies of the owners of the forum.
If planned utility shop - utility will be a shop or anything. If conceived club - is a club or anything. If conceived flea market - flea market will be or anything.
Nothing depends on the ability to achieve the goal, i.e. from the strategy. Tactics are very important, but it is fixable.
