As far as I know, Emilia M. Burtsev - dear expert, alive and well, last year I met her in a/d "Account", there is still resort to its services.
And about the sale until nothing is clear... M. B. there is a sense to wait a bit, if the light is not on... (this is my amateurish reasoning, anyway, I have my schedule decided to hold - up any clarity.....)
