По умолчанию Artists will be given money for the talent and beautiful work

December 4, 2014 in the State Central Museum of contemporary history of Russia with the support of the State Museum and exhibition centre ROSIZO, in addition to the exhibition opening "Emotions", journalists convened at the press-conference, dedicated to the new trends of the state cultural policy in the field of contemporary art.

Curator Vladimir Dlugach gathered in the hall of the Museum canvas 11 artists who belong to the so-called new classical modern art (according to organizers). The names of the artists are not very well known to our audience: Andrey Remnev, Vadim Chazov, Victor Egorov and others. According to the curator, he was selected and communicated with them in Facebook. At the ceremony, first Deputy Minister of culture Vladimir Aristarkhov said he was glad to open just such a show, and not an exhibition of contemporary art that is pornography, and artists - alternative notions of good and evil.
After opening the organizers promised to discuss the new trends of the state cultural policy in the field of contemporary art together with Vladimir Aristarkhova and CEO of the Museum Irina Velikanova. The discussion did not come out, talked only about "Emotions".

But in an interview with our correspondent Vladimir Aristarkhov told that the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation plans to sponsor the art, which has a positive effect on the Russians. According to him, now is a lot of research of how art affects the psyche. With the new year the Ministry of culture begins to work in this direction with the Academy of education, and in addition, four organizations are engaged in research in this area reveals the art, which does not harm the health of our citizens.
The question was whether Mr. Aristarkhov at the Moscow Biennale of contemporary art, he replied, "Yes" and "greater abominations I have not seen". "In our understanding of modern art has degenerated into a big business when the subject under the guise of art spin up, then sell for big money. No matter what: any artifact all sorts Biennale spin, then sell at exorbitant prices. This is big business actually," says Aristarkhov.
The replica correspondent that one of the most expensive of our artists, Eric Bulatov, sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars on the world's most famous auctions, the Deputy Minister noted that "Hitler with his aquarelle too expensive". And about contemporary art fair he said "whole world sells drugs - we shouldn't encourage". Money will get only a talented artist, drawn to the beauty.
