I can sell my gallery, but questions arise:
1. Will remain an artist with a new owner?
2. Whether customers will remain with the new owner?

From my experience - no, everything is based on the individual curator.

3. Building - ownership or long-term lease?
4. What then are sold in general?
5. If there is nothing left, what then is bought?
