Strange . Any signature is better than any of that. The reasons may be two .
1) The thing is written much later than claimed by the seller , and slipped hid time. For example - written in the 70s , as the pre-war image issue .
2) Or give out for the better known , and therefore more expensive artist .... but it is unlikely . Known and will be checked carefully , X-ray .... and all are free .

That can add to the letter ?
