По умолчанию Golovin, Theatres

Hello

From time to time Metropolitan Museum of Art holds deaccession ( pays for auction ) their exhibits .

Description of the catalog:

Two Alexandre Golovine Theatrical Costumes, Russia, c. 1910 , a white felt coat with gold trim, together with striped blue and white linen pants; a blue felt coat with gold trim, together with two pairs of striped blue and white linen pants, and a black velvet cap with latticework gold cord and extended front point.

Provenance: Formerly property of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.

Nothing more about them, I do not know , except that very interesting .

questions :
1. For what setting ? ( Don Juan ?)

2.Priblizitelnaya evaluation of these two suits.

(Auction is finished , but , according to the reports , the buyer did not show up . )

Thank you!

P.S. Striped pants , in general, in my opinion, is another story .
