Skobeleff Mikhail (1930 - 2006).

Studied with F. and G. Bogorodskii Shegal . People's Artist of the Russian Federation ( 2000). Painter, stage designer , book illustrator . He graduated from Moscow Printing Institute . He continued his education in the art department of the All-Union Institute of Cinematography . The designer was in the theater "Contemporary" . Author of many popular cartoons of the Soviet period . By M. Skobeleva stored in museums of Russia , as well as in private collections in the United States , Israel, France .
