Born in a family lawyer , from early childhood interest in drawing . In 1930 graduated from the Painting Department of the full course of the Higher Art School at the Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia (AHRR ) , studied at I. Mashkov and PP Sokolov- Scalia , a great influence on her work schedule had VA Milashevsky . M.Kesler work exhibited since 1927, first on the student and youth , and then - every year - on -Union , republican, and other thematic exhibitions. The first solo exhibition , organized by the Ministry of Culture of the USSR and the Union of Artists of the USSR , held in Moscow in 1977. This exhibition later for 7 years exhibited in 27 cities of the Soviet Union , including in Syktyvkar.
Major genres creative artist - landscape and still life . Margaret L. toured almost the entire country , working with nature in Tyumen and Alma -Ata , Syktyvkar and Odessa , Yaroslavl and Arkhangelsk, Belgorod and Ukhta , Bukhara and Livadia, in Kazakhstan and in the Kola Peninsula .
