Just it was a serious offer . Nobody will work for these . I have similar landscapes of the Soviet period very much. More than 10 mp . <! - ~ 1 ~ -> no one else offers . And you ... try it yourself buy somewhere similar pattern , then to develop their separate topic . How would you declared for them after working with them, promotion, etc etc. ? I think it's more than 10 TR 3-5 times . You may want to buy everything in the zone still worshiped , but the position of the seller and the buyer , it is , as they say - two big differences.
I once sold a picture for 7.5 units. After 2 months I saw her in the cabin, all ( with the frame ) renovations . Pointed to the price tag of 20 units . I was pleased with the classwork restorer , figured how much my buyer all it cost , how much it will be removed from the committee , and I was very pleased that I quickly sold it for 7.5 units. I did not want to deal with it long, and on the way the paintings were still . Who in this case the winner ? Answer - ALL ! participants in the transaction . And this is the best deal in which everyone is happy ! I think there is no more sense to explain anything .
