Kovinin Valery (1930-1989).
Born in Yakutsk in the family of the Director of the Yakut of local history and art museum.
In 1952, at the end of the Yakut theatrical art school entered the Kharkov Art Institute, graduating in 1958, the studio Rector Professor Mikhail Aleksandrovich Shaposhnikov and his assistant, Evgeny Pavlovich Yegorov.
Autumn 1958. was admitted to the Union of Artists of the USSR.
At the same time Kovinin VM moved to Tashkent, where he teaches painting and drawing at the Tashkent Theater Art Institute named after A. Ostrovsky.
In 1970. he was awarded the rank of Assistant Professor of the picture. Creative-teaching in Tashkent VM Kovinin gave his life.
The artist was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Uzbekistan.
His works are in museums in Kiev, Ufa, Krasnoyarsk and Yakutsk. Tashkent State Museum of Arts of Uzbekistan creativity VM Kovinina in a separate room.
In the private collections of VM Kovinina are in Russia, as well as in Italy, Britain, Germany, USA and Turkey. In Moscow, in addition to the collection of Alexander Gremitskikh work VM Kovinina "In the old smithy" is also in the collections of the founder of "May Tea" Igor Litvinenko.
