The rare case when not immediately tell a good artist was painting a picture or Notorious hand Potocnik . We ought to see more works by this author for the final verdict . This, of course , is hardly possible. For example, I do not even know what to say.
I will say this : It is interesting picture , but it is likely that this is just a random exception for this artist.
And so, something vaguely reminiscent of Victor Skalkina though that seems so spatula worked.
