November 12, 2013 in Moscow, the founding meeting of the National Union of coin collectors .
The purpose of the constituent assembly was the creation of social organization ( the National Union of coin ) to be in word and deed to advocate for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage for the promotion of numismatics as a scientific discipline and direction collectibles, for the exchange of experiences, the popularization of scientific knowledge and collectible coins , medals, metal and paper coupons , the joint protection of the interests and rights of coin collectors in all areas of their work , as well as for the development of the National Union of coin collectors in Russia's national and nationally.
In the meeting as the founders of the National Union of numismatists were: IV Shirjakov ( head of department
numismatics of the State Historical Museum, Candidate of Historical Sciences ), VV Kazakov ( CEO of
LLC "National institute of independent expert »), SK Junin (founder
Eastern European Antique House).
During the meeting, each of the founders of the constructive suggestions regarding the urgent need for such an organization and the prospects of the National Union of coin that will be taken into account in the development programs of the National Union of numismatists .
The founders noted that the establishment of the National Union of coin collectors will raise to a new level Russian numismatic market , will help the exchange of experiences during the roundtables, numismatic conferences, thematic exhibitions at conferences , and expressed the deep conviction that the establishment of the organization to attract regional numismatic community and numismatists Russia to cooperate.
As a result of the Constituent Assembly decided to establish the National Union of coin collectors and approve its charter.
The founders of the National Union of coin collectors are invited to become members of the National Union of numismatists everyone ( both individuals and community organizations ) .
