The Patriarch invited to celebrate June 12 birthday of Alexander Nevsky
"Perhaps the birthday of Alexander Nevsky will be celebrating the June 12" - the patriarch said Sunday at a reception in the diocesan administration of Kaliningrad with the Governor of the Kaliningrad region Georgy Boos.
According to him, to feast on June 12 in the nation there is a fairly critical attitude, because in his time this holiday called Independence Day.
"From independence? If from Kiev, I am against such independence," - said the Russian Orthodox Church.
