It seems to me that the two major intractable problems :
- Not just low and very low level of culture, in which the increase of the interest to be seen. See what's happening with the education system !
- The shameful poverty of the population , including its highly cultured part. The reason can be seen in all areas of society - the greed of individuals who thief ovstvo sweeter t thief quality .
