And what is this "private collection " are the owners of which do not stop stolen ? Examples are possible? Talk possible? The punishment for these " collectors " perhaps? After all, these pictures are public , the announcement of the theft is known , it is impossible to say " do not know " . Or arrogance in this field is , by default, permissible ?
