This order was signed by the mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin . The monument will install between 33 and 35 home on Cook Street at the expense of the city budget and the non-profit organization "Russian Culture Fund ." The author of the monument will be the architect Alexander Rukavishnikov , creator of monuments Fyodor Dostoevsky , Mstislav Rostropovich and Yuri Nikulin .
