On why I resigned from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute.
 
Abstract: This is a very complicated story ... Because I'm retired and voluntarily and forcibly simultaneously. A story that marked the beginning of that dismissal, began much earlier than it was legally formalized. But it's an interesting story that shows how to construct the now Russian, Russian science and education. Therefore, I believe that I have to tell her, at least, in order to bear witness to our times and morals. Unfortunately, this story will be referred to the Russian Orthodox Church, who also was involved in this story. I will try very hard here to share issues of religion and secular issues ... MEPI was established in 1942 as an institute of ammunition.
