Deshalyt Yefim Isaacovich (1921-1996) GB RSFSR , most of his creative life devoted to official orders . But it is not blowing cold officialdom of his works. As artistic director Efim Deshalyt participated in the creation of more than two dozens of popular movies . But fame brought him a diorama. He was called the "Soviet Roubaix ."
