She was born in 1920 in Novosibirsk.
In 1948, she graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography , where she studied with Prof. Y. Pimenov and FS Bogorodskii . The Institute met her husband - renowned artist NN Chebakovo .
After fighting Nechaeva long time working animator , becoming a production designer famous cartoon "The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish " and " The Tale of Tsar Saltan , ".
His works are kept in the art museums of Arkhangelsk and Novosibirsk
