any antiques ( vnezavisimosti on say, how much you own it , as in Russia, if more than 3 years, then do not pay anything ) require payment of 15%tax on the amount of sales? If you sell by auction the same thing? they take their 15%+ additional 15 %tax then pay ? Is there a difference for residents or non-residents say if vvesch was imported just whether to pay tax only on the difference? Thanks, really looking forward to the answers
