Painting, oil on canvas, p /p + 33H50 lap of 1 cm on each side.

In the picture in the lower right corner of the inscription: Sevastopol

August 2, 1829 Kurt Melech (I can be wrong in some first and last names).

Please help in the attribution and evaluation of the picture?
