Born in 1925 in the town of Tula Beautiful Sword in the family of a professional revolutionary, left SRs, after 1917, became the chairman of the village commune. From 1930 to 1937. lived in Moscow. From 1937 to the end of life - in Leningrad - St. Petersburg. A veteran of World War II.
He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Ilya Repin, in 1952.
