Article 333.33 . State fee for state registration , as well as committing other legal actions
1. The state fee shall be paid in the following amounts:
34) for the right to export:
cultural values created over 50 years ago - 10 percent of the value of exported cultural property, unless otherwise provided in this paragraph;
cultural values created over 100 years ago and has been imported to the territory of the Russian Federation, after August 1, 2009 - 5 percent of the value of exported cultural property, but not more than 1 000 000;
cultural values created 50 years ago and less - 5 percent of the value of exported cultural property;
collectibles in paleontology - 10 percent of the value of exported cultural property;
collectibles in mineralogy - 5 percent of the value of exported cultural property;
