Nonconformist artists . He studied at the Moscow City Art School ( 1946-49 ). . In 1949, the school was disbanded for formalism , and the students transferred to the school of 1905 , which Vechtomov graduated in 1951. His friends and classmates were Vladimir and Lydia Nemukhin Masterkova. In the mid-1950s, they entered into with Vechtomova Lianozovo .
