This is not entirely correct. No one bought the painting on the same autsione , say, does not know that he will continue to do it , but if the picture of the current owner for 3 years to sell , it will have to pay the tax , but after 3 years of no taxes of charge.

You acknowledge that natural persons may bring a picture for personal use and at the same time you write that you have to pay %. But because natural persons are exempt from import duties on KC for personal use?
