Description is wrong. Georgia in the Russian Empire called Kartli -Kakheti kingdom. Georgia manifesto of Emperor Paul I in 1801 annexed to the Russian Empire. Mingrelia principality retained formal sovereignty until 1867 , when it was attached to the RI.
Kartli -Kakheti kingdom ( Georgia) and Mingrelia - two different states.
