Probably still not correct to compare which is better or worse . Especially, in the case of Normandy have to compare the average level of the same . I am a Russian painting , in general, not very much, compared to ours or European. But this does not mean that it is better or worse. Moreover , the nature of France is very different from ours and the painting is also strongly reflected (as well as on the perception of a painting).
