Stepan L. Sabanov :

Honored Artist of North Ossetia -Alania. Born in 1941 in the village of Kohat South Ossetian Autonomous Region . From 1947 to 1955 he studied at Vanatskoy high school from 1956 to 1965 - in Art Teachers College. MS Tuganova in Tskhinvali , with a break in service in the Soviet Army. From 1971 to 1977 he studied at MGHI them. VI Surikov easel at the faculty led by Professor EA Kibrik , MV Motorin , JP Reiner. Member of the Russian Union of Artists since 1984. Member of Moscow, republican , regional, Union and international exhibitions. His works are in museums in Russia, private collections in USA, Canada, Israel , South Korea, Japan, Germany, the Sultanate of Oman. He was awarded an honorary diploma of the Academy of Arts. He currently lives and works in Moscow .
