Chebotarev Konstantin (1892, Yurminsk - 1974, Moscow). Painter, graphic artist, monumental and decorative art, poster, theater artist, and teacher. He studied at the Kazan Chemistry School at N.Feshina (1910-1917), ARHUMASe (1921-1922), graduated with the rank of a free artist. Since 1918 - in the White Army fled to Siberia. He taught at the Omsk Art and Design School (until 1921). Returned to Kazan in 1921 - taught at ARHUMASe (1921-1926), the Kazan Theatre School (1923-1926), during the same period he worked in KEMSTe. He was the leader of the Union "Sunflower" (1918). In 1921 he led the team of graphic "Horseman". Served figures for the newspaper "Red Tartary" (1924). In 1926 went to Moscow. Made posters for the publishers of the All, "Young Guard", "Mezhrabpomfilm" actively collaborated with the magazines "Spotlight", "Red students' working as an artist in various theaters of Moscow. During the Second World War played posters for "Window TASS". Member of the Union "Sunflower" (1918), graphic collective "Rider" (1921-1923), TatLEF (1923-1926), combining "October" (1930), the Union of Artists (1970).
