If I thought for profit (income - expenses) , it would have more to document all costs. It is very dreary.

iosif, I thought about it. if you make an account and sole which make all payments for services and matarialy related to the business and which unites the related revenue , it is absolutely all costs , parishes will be documented forever (except taxis and buses , it is not accepted yet) and no headache and you 're done on paper at any moment.
From the same pay for the phone - brodband , tickets, etc. etc. (everything , even the most trifling cost , you'd be surprised how many typed)
Is not simplify the process ? All clear , transparent and easily verifiable ...
