As you correctly observed, our indices posteriori, ie, based on experience on practical results, in contrast, advocated a priori selected indices, ie, speculative, based on expert evaluation and not reflecting the real market situation.
We are not going to do what you suggest, because we believe that our index to better reflect current market conditions. Furthermore, why should we repeat what has long been done by others? Your right - choose the market-based instruments that seem more reliable.
