St. Thomas the Apostle (Greek Θωμάς, Lat. Thomas) - one of the apostles (disciples) of Jesus Christ.
Biography

According to legend, Thomas was a native of the city of Galilee Pansady and to fish, until one day he heard the preaching of Jesus, which prompted him to leave the house and rushed after Christ.
