Justin Francoeur, alias Emil Burrashona (1895 - 1988).
In 1923 he founded the private school of Fine Arts in Perpignan. In the 1930's. published a series of books on fine art: "To write watercolor - it's easy!", "Writing oil - it's easy!", "Draw ...»," sculpt ...", "sculpt ..."," burn out .. . " etc. (no, the first three names are real, and then I been lying, but who knows?)
During the occupation created a large number of posters for the Vichy government. After the war, went to Spain, but in 1952 he returned to Perpignan, where he lived until his death. Published his autobiography in 50 years.

That is all I found on NETE about this cute character. It seems that change the development of the fine art of the twentieth century. failed.

I enclose a portrait of the informer and his wife.
