Establishing ownership of the furniture
Went through the forum, this topic is not found, because creating your own theme.
I was given a relative of an old chest of drawers. It is an antique, just over 100 years old. There are no documents in this locker was not by itself, because of its cultural and other values no one thought (just an old chest of drawers was cracked for all).
Q: How can I set the ownership of this dresser? Please review all my ideas on this subject:
1) a gift from relatives to me (how I would have to confirm this fact, and problems can arise?)
2) through an open, continuous possession of the disputed property in good faith by the plaintiff for a long time (5 years) and the inability to find /install Property
3) through the involvement of any organizations that help shape the documents confirming the sale of an object to me?
4) a fact of bezhoznoy things.
How do things become antiques? <! - ~ 3 ~ -> 50 years and is a thing in the family "suddenly" become antiques, and documents on the purchase of "out of the nice chair" is gone. How to be in these cases? Help your reasoning. As a consultant, I still did not find anything useful.
Thanks in advance for all replies! <! - ~ 1 ~ ->
