Сайт корейский. Поскольку владею корейским свободно, найти такую же вещь не представляло особого труда.
Настоящая ли? Как по мне, выглядит не очень старой и слишком много золота, не изящная (элементы грубоватые). Хотя, золото на Мейсене было популярным в 20-х годах 18 века.

Вот ещё одна, которая продавалась в США на одном из самых низкокачественных аукционов современности -
Elite Decorative Arts. Была продана за 14 с чем-то тысяч долларов. Но, учитывая трюки аукционистов, это может быть не реальная информация.

Antique Meissen German porcelain hand painted oval covered dresser box. Incredible reticulated design throughout with female busts and figural cherubs throughout sides and cover. Stunning work throughout this work. Finely detailed floral garlands throughout with scrolled reticulated designs throughout. Gilded bowl interior with flat floral design to bottom of cover. Panels with crests and military scenes to cover. Blue crossed swords mark to bottom. Etched B.136. and impressed 148 to bottom. 19th century. Measures 7" height x 10 1/2" length x 7 7/8" depth (17.7cm x 26.6cm x 20cm). Condition: Some repairs. Chip to rim. No apparent crazing. Some minor paint and gilt loss.
