Preventive Zaban - it is a proven way to curb the trolls.

Personally, I'm on thematic branches never discuss individual members of the forum , and the only topic .

Can we finally call to order some utterly osatanevshih trolls ?

Experience shows that if the troll every day operates petty hints and if you do not react, and fellow moderators try not to notice .

But .
As soon as you start to respond , fellow moderators immediately begin to charge you in the scandal .

But this is nonsense.
So, to draw attention fellow moderators can only be a scandal .
Why is that?
