Kamchatka is famous for Russia unique corner of nature - the Valley of Geysers. Clouds of steam, fountains of boiling water, incredible color slopes on which jets of hot water, along with lush green grass and trees create an enchanting sight. The valley is located approximately 160 kilometers north of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. At a total area of about four square miles are more than 200 thermal springs, including about 90 geysers, which emit jets of boiling water and a couple of tens of meters in height. The soil temperature at a depth of 1 meter near the geysers reaches 70 degrees Celsius.
