Vin brulè - Mulled Wine
Recipe: 1 orange , 1 lemon, 2 cinnamon sticks, cloves 8 1 /2 nutmeg , 1 liter of strong wine , 200 grams of sugar.
Preparation:
Cut off the rind of lemon and orange, with a thin layer , not even cutting off the white part , unnecessarily when cooking it will give a bitter taste (2). In a saucepan pour the sugar out of steel (3). Put the lemon zest and orange , and spices (4-5). At the last moment to pour red wine tart (6).
Put the pan on the stove and bring to a boil , simmer on low heat for 5 minutes , stirring occasionally, until sugar is completely dissolved (7).
