Kabinetskaya award in diamonds, being in essence a special distinction, marked by the Emperor himself, is one of the major rarities, the highest level of collection. From 1890 to 1917. was given only 33 orders for non-Christians from the Cabinet of His Imperial Majesty, decorated with diamonds, almost all of them withdrawn from circulation and collector are in public collections of foreign countries (Turkey, Korea, Siam, Japan, etc.) or in the families of the awardees.
