Norton Dodge - economist, Ph.D. , Harvard University and one of the biggest collectors of Soviet unofficial art died of a heart attack on October 8, at the age of 85 years.
He was one of those who are illegally buying of non-conformists of the sixties and exported them from the Soviet Union . One of those who actually opened the West underground Soviet art. In his collection - about 20 thousand years of work 1956-1986 . All of them are currently in the Museum of Zimmerly in New Jersey.
