During the reconstruction of the Dutch fort XVII century , the architects faced a trivial task. They had to throw across the moat , which is surrounded by ramparts , a much-needed bridge for tourists , but to design its structure so that the replica was virtually invisible.

Moses Bridge, a bridge that is the name of Moses , before which according to legend, the waters were divided the Red Sea, designed by Dutch office Ro & Ad Architecten. The bridge was built in Monument Fort De Roovere.

According to Inhabitat, the project Ro & Ad deserves attention not only because of the originality of design, but also because of the innovative material that was used in construction.

This Accoya - modified wood , which took acetylation , a number of other treatments and has become through this "most durable " ( lifetime up to 50 years).
