Perhaps shows some strength in Poland. And also, perhaps , in Belarus and the Baltics. Maybe someone will identify and accurately.
The style also seems to me that it is most like the work of Moscow artists 70's and 80 's. 20c . (So-called Moscow school). However, such a pattern in those years , I think it could be written as Poland and the Baltic by the artist.
