Moscow HOA allocate funds for the restoration of monuments, houses
The Moscow authorities decided to issue homeowners' associations (HOAs), created by residents of homes that are monuments, grants to the reconstruction of buildings. According to RIA Novosti, it was declared the head of the Moscow department of cultural heritage Alexander Kibovsky.

In June, in an interview to "Kommersant" reported Kibovsky in the capital, there are 370 houses, monuments, and another 230 the number of identified monuments.
